Urethane cement
1/8 in. slurry with quartz broadcast, or 1/4 in. heavy-duty trowel. Integral cove base, 4 or 6 in. to spec, installed first, tinted urethane topcoat. Thermal shock, hot water and chemical resistance, fast return to service. NPI 903SL / 903CB, or the spec’d manufacturer.
Polished concrete and grind and seal
Mechanical polish, 400 to 3000 grit, densifier and guard. Grind and seal with clear or tinted sealer for budget-driven scopes. Joint fill, crack repair and patching priced as unit adds. Own WerkMaster grinders and HEPA vacs; shot blast when the spec calls for it.
Epoxy and industrial coatings
100% solids epoxy, quartz and flake broadcast, high-build and chemical-resistant systems. Anti-slip textures to the specified COF, safety line striping and markings. Moisture mitigation and vapor barrier primers where the slab needs them. Control joints filled with semi-rigid joint filler.
Self-leveling and overlays
Cementitious self-leveling underlayment and overlays for slabs that are out of level, pitted or patched. Poured flat and smooth to take a coating, a polish or the finished floor on top. Moisture mitigation and primer where the slab needs it. Terrazzo restoration, grinding and polishing.
Bid-ready credentials
Insurance
General liability $1,000,000 each occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate / $2,000,000 products-completed operations. Blanket additional insured including completed ops, primary and non-contributory, waiver of subrogation. Certificate issued to your project within one business day.
Experience
Owner Walter Grischow spent seven years as a project manager for a commercial flooring contractor before founding J&G in 2024. The team has 14+ years of combined resinous, polished and terrazzo experience. The owner is on every job.
How we bid
Base bid on the specified system. Voluntary NPI alternate clearly labeled with data sheets when it saves you money. Inclusions, exclusions and unit prices spelled out. RFIs sent early, one issue each. Substitutions never slipped in. Written quote within 48 hours of the invitation.
On site
Own grinding, vacuum and generator equipment, so no rental delays. Most installs one to two days. Phased work, nights and weekends, occupied-building dust control. Submittals, product data and closeout documents on your schedule.
