Two ways to finish a slab
Mechanical polish or grind and seal, and either one can take a dye or stain for color: earth tones to grays, mottled or even. Slab too rough or patched to polish? A polishable self-leveling overlay, ground and polished, gives the same finish over almost any slab.
Mechanical polish
Progressive diamond grinding from 400 to 3000 grit with a densifier and a guard. Satin to high gloss. Best for basements, shops, retail and warehouses.
Grind and seal
Grind, then a clear or tinted sealer for a budget-driven scope or a slab that will not take a full polish. Fast, clean, easy to maintain.
For homeowners
Basements, shops, pole barns and modern interiors. A polished floor does not peel, does not need recoating, and mops clean. We repair cracks and joints first, and if the slab is too rough or patched to polish well, we will say so and suggest a coating instead.

How it works
Walk the slab. We check hardness, cracks, joints, old coatings and moisture, and tell you what finish the slab will actually take.
Grind and repair. Coarse diamonds open the slab; cracks and joints are filled.
Densify and polish (or seal). Progressive grits to the sheen you chose, densifier hardens the surface, guard or sealer protects it.
Walk on it the same day. No cure wait for a polish; sealed floors need a day.
