Basement floors
A sealed, coated basement floor stops the dust, wipes clean and takes the moisture question off the table with a vapor-tolerant primer where the slab needs one. Solid color, flake or metallic.
Patios and porches
UV-stable polyaspartic over a ground and repaired slab, with a slip-resistant texture for outdoors. Resurfacing for slabs that are pitted or spalled.
Shops and pole barns
Bright, tough floors that take forklifts, hot tires and dropped tools. Solid color or flake.
Repair, resurfacing and self-leveling
Crack and joint repair, patching, self-leveling underlayment for out-of-level slabs, and cementitious overlays that can be coated or polished. Priced by the square foot on the quote.
What it costs
Coated basement, shop and pole barn floors start at the flake price, $5 to $8+ per square foot, and metallic runs $12 to $16. Solid color and patio or porch coatings are priced on the quote. Resurfacing and self-leveling are priced per square foot after we see the slab. Every quote includes 50 linear feet of crack fill and 15 square feet of patching; beyond that, crack fill and patching are line items you can see. We measure, then you get a written number within 48 hours.

How it works
Free on-site estimate
We measure, check the slab for moisture, cracks and level, and you pick finishes from real samples. Written quote within 48 hours.
Prep
Diamond grinding, crack and joint repair, patching or leveling, vacuum clean. Prep is most of the work and all of the longevity.
Install
Primer, base coat, the finish you picked, polyaspartic topcoat. Most floors are one to two days on site.
Cure and use
Walk on it in hours, move furniture or park in a couple of days. We leave care instructions and Walt’s cell number.

Questions people ask
Can you coat a basement that gets damp?
We test the slab first. A damp slab gets a moisture-mitigating primer, priced on the quote; a wet one gets a conversation before anyone spends money.
Will an outdoor coating hold up in Ohio?
Polyaspartic topcoats are UV-stable and flex with temperature swings. We add texture for slip resistance.
My slab is out of level. Can you fix it?
Yes. Self-leveling underlayment and overlays are part of what we do, on their own or under a coating.
Do you resurface or replace?
Resurface, unless the slab is structurally gone. A ground, repaired and overlaid slab costs a fraction of tear-out.
Do you grind or acid etch?
We grind. Every floor, our own equipment.
What does the warranty actually cover?
Our 2-year workmanship warranty covers peeling, delamination and hot-tire pickup caused by our prep or install. The materials are National Polymers commercial systems with their own data sheets, which we send with the quote.
